CIJGA Player of the Year Award
The Central Indiana Junior Golf Association will announce the player of the year for both boys and girls at the Invitational Banquet. The deserving young athletes will not only display fine golfing ability, but also must display fine sportsmanship qualities as well. Tournament finishes will be monitored as well as any outside tournaments to determine the finest players the Central Indiana Junior Golf Association has to offer.

The George "Chief" Bender Memorial Sportsmanship Award
This award, while not dependent upon playing ability, will be given to the person most displaying the qualities of fair play, honesty, and friendliness. The honor is a treasured award because it is voted upon by the winner's fellow players.
